I love that there is a note in the packaging that says if you are unhappy email them and they won't email you address lol. I've searched for one and to no avail. Anyway, I'm unhappy. These suck. Don't work at all! Trust me I wanted them to work. I need good tweezers. That's not it. In fact, I even hurt my hand trying to use it because of the length. It's uncomfortable and too long. I would return them, but I don't want to bother with them. Waste of $29. They end up in the trash! Next time, don't tell people to contact first if they're not satisfied, and then don't give information about where to go. Terrible. That made me very angry. Hence my contribution! Beware. Do not buy!
