. I bought these to replace the cheap fans I originally bought for my PC build pin and a large 4 pin connector on them that wasn't pleasing to the eye. However, the backlight became annoying as the brightness of the LEDs changed depending on the speed of the fans. I was able to tweak the fan settings in BIOS to reduce this, but it was still annoying. There are no LEDs in these fans so this is no longer an issue for me.
