They are thin. The cuff doesn't hold up because the material is very thin. I have long fingers but a small hand. When I put my hand on the size indicator on the box, the width was between small and medium. But I knew I would need long fingers, so I opened the package. These "big" gloves fit snugly around my thin fingers. If you have really large hands (normal sized, wide palm and normal wide fingers) you will feel cramped if not impossible to put them on. Maybe I have a fake, I don't know. I'm giving them two stars because they're better than nothing and I use them up to the more durable ones I've bought from a big store in the past - which are no longer big store and not ordered from Amazon. If I had an alternative I would return them as they are nowhere near the quality I expect from household dishwashing gloves. But it's better than nothing and I need some until my other order arrives.
