So there's lots of pros and cons to this. Keep in mind I am 5' 4" and weight 125lbs. I purchase a size medium with the rods in it.Pros: 1. It works! As soon as you put it on, you'll feel the constriction shaping you. 2. I have back problems, which got worse after working from home and sitting down so much. I feel like this actually makes my back feel better too and because of the little rods in it, it forces me to sit uo straight. 3. As long as you start the hooks at the bottom and work your way up, it's not that hard to put on.Cons: 1. I feel like I have a long torso and this trainer still digs into me when I sit down. It digs under my boobs and ontop of my thighs. I think I would appreciate the shorter version. 2. According to the chart I should get a medium/large, but according to reviews I got a small. It is a little tight, but not bad. If I would have gotten a medium, I feel like i would need to buy another one in a week. 3. When I take it off it does leave the impressions on my skin for a good hour (I wear the brace about 6 hrs a day).Overall, I am impressed with it.UPDATE: I'm at the 3rd line now! At first I didnt think I was getting any smaller until I tried the next row of hooks and realized I could do it! I can see the shape without the trainer on!
