I've struggled to get the flexible branded seals or these. It was cheaper. Usually, in things like this, it's best to use well-known brands. It's like not getting a discount branded mac and cheese, you spend more and just start crafting. But I've always liked the other products from this brand that I've used, so I gave it a go. I'm glad I did. Had to reprint the roof vents as most of them were leaking. It was amazing to use and juggle on the roof of the house and easy to apply. Much easier than trying to use an aerosol can, which I brought with me just in case. It was far from the level of compaction I needed for this job, so I'm happy. So far a few weeks later and a couple of pretty heavy showers later and it's holding up like a champ. The delivery was quick and overall I'm happy as a pig in the mud!
