Reasonable price good for inkjet ink

Not sure if it is due to the amount of ink in these cartridges or in my printer but the ink comes out of the cartridges very quickly although I never print something else for black and white copies. Even the black ink disappears too quickly. I print less than 5 pages a month and most of those are a lot less than full pages. The reds, blues and yellows are never used, but the ink runs out about every 3-4 months. I think it's redundant.
