Bought this business shirt to wear without a tie in the southern summer months. It's fantastic for that purpose and my favorite shirt for many days at work (I've got 5 now). I wouldn't recommend it for a more formal business setting. The collar is small and not very stiff, although a narrow tie can be pulled off. This shirt keeps me incredibly cool in the summer and "ironing" simply means hanging it up straight after washing. Great shirt, highly recommend. .fit was also ideal for those who are true mediums in almost everything.
