Mmm. The protective seal that prevents the powder from entering the container is bent and wrinkled as if it had been previously removed. Half, if not more, of the powder itself was missing. BUT that's what bothered me the most. Hair is like something resting in a container. I do not know what it is. On closer inspection it looks like a plastic material shaped like a hair + hair follicle, but either way it's a problem and really shouldn't be there.
