The guards closest to the "hinged" side of the body are too close to the hinges so they press the blade guards against the blades At some point the blades will smack on the blade guard. The mold/molded foam needs to be sunk deeper into the body so nothing can touch the blade guards, lest they bend over time and cause contact with the blades.
