This worked great on my 2003 Honda Accord. I removed the chip from my original broken key case and installed it in the chip slot in the KeylessOption case. I then removed the circuit board from my original key and placed it in the 3 button case that came with that key. This was nice because some of the buttons on the original key were worn out. The local locksmith in town made the key for 38.50. I see some people giving these low ratings because they think it will start their car by just slicing it open and not starting it. In my case, I had the original key, meaning the chip and circuit board, and I just installed them in the new case. If like me you have a BROKEN key, this is the solution.
