First the bad. It's been about 2 weeks, setting timers is annoying so I don't use it. Time flies in 24 hours, not 12 hours. and I personally find that the focus range of LEDs is a bit narrow. My tank is a 75g mixed reef with just SPS and Zoas. If you have a reef aquarium you will definitely need at least 2 units, so save some money and buy a double set instead of two singles. The preset functions are interesting but useless unless you're having a party or want to use the thunderstorm function and scare your fish. Since programming the sunrise/sunset and moonlight timers is tedious, the other 4 preset timers come in very handy. I usually use the M3 timer as I have SPS and they grow well with good colour. These units are very good but if you are a serious reefer you want to have the best units or build your own (which I will eventually do).
