I needed these flexible iPhone cables for road trips, business backpacking, home office and shopping. All cables worked well, tested right out of the box. I'll see what happens on the street. The biggest source of failure for these cables comes from my car, especially in winter weather. So far, so good. My last cable lasted 3 years.
