Good quality, belly gusset didn't fit me
I like its length and that it goes all the way between my legs. Super supportive, soft and comfortable. It really helps relieve my sciatica and piriformis pain. The only thing I noticed is that while the abdominal wedge is comfortable, it causes lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. It doesn't seem to help to align everything. I end up dropping the whole pillow down and not using the wedge so it lands right between my legs. Honestly, you can't know if it will work for you until you try it.
