I bought this for my wife to try to reduce the number of blankets she uses in bed. She often doesn't find the sweet spot between being cool and carrying a blanket with some weight. I thought this might be a good alternative. I have the 20 lb version which comes with a carry case. The bag isn't bad, but I can't imagine who would want to take this thing with them anywhere. The quality of the duvet is excellent and it feels great no matter which side you use it on. One side should be warmer and the other colder. We really didn't see a big difference. Regardless, the wife loved it and has since switched to it and got rid of a few blankets. I tried but it was too hard and I felt a bit claustrophobic. All of this really proves that it's not for everyone, but for the right person, it's great!
