I don't have this fingerprint system up and running yet. I thought this "key" would lock the driver, but the drive is open with or without a fingerprint. this system (the instructions are not clear, what do I need to do to "LOCK" the drive exactly if I followed the step-by-step instructions, but the drive is WIDE and OPEN? Q: Does the program need to be on the be installed on the drive or on the computer or both?Question when the drive is unplugged and reinserted.A fingerprint is required to open it.But it is not open?Q.What do the lights mean.?Red green blinking instead of blinking?None InformationAny suggestions?Regards arnis1153@gmail.com
