Not as big and fluffy as in the picture.
This bed is almost never filled. It's lumpy and you can feel the bottom. It's also not as big as pictured. I would say that you could comfortably accommodate a small dog (not very comfortable due to the floor) but not a large one. It stands only 5 inches off the ground, no foot as shown in the picture. I would not recommend that. To be honest, if I cover him with a blanket and sit on him, you'll never know he's there. I only gave it one star because the material was very soft, softer than I thought.
