Poor quality throughout. I had to disassemble and reassemble the top frame to put it back together and this was not an isolated case. I returned the first one that was sent for the same reason. I tried to decide when in doubt and spent my time trying to get it to work. Intermittent heat from both the bed and the hot end (especially the hot end) caused all attempts to print to fail. The assembly instructions are terrible and will be useless for those new to 3D printers. Don't think the people selling this nightmare will help you, their site has been down for a week now. Spend your money elsewhere.
