This would be a 5 star product if it weren't for the noise. The fan inside the unit seems to be louder than any other heater I have had. . It's hard to watch TV when it's on. We both like that a lot - we turn the TV up loud to compensate for the fan noise. The flame looks very real. Well, maybe not real, but nice to look at - and entertaining. The device heats up quite well. And the fan, while loud, is strong. Small of course. We have it on the table. But we knew what was going on. There are adjustments on the back, but we don't see or hear any difference when using them. Even considering the smaller size we think it would be a 5 star product if it wasn't so loud.
