Review on Enhanced Replacement Blower Assembly - TYC 700262 by Jarrod Zuvers

I received this item last week to replace a faulty fan on my 2007 Audi Q7. I took it out of the box and it looks pristine apart from a slight feeling of drag in the bearing when the blades are turned by hand. The mounting holes on the case didn't line up perfectly, but I was able to install it with relatively little effort. When turning on the AC I noticed a still noisy fan with intermittent stops. Fan removed and visual inspection done. I found that the motor wires were rubbing against the case just below the fan blades so much that the insulation on the wires had peeled off and the wires were exposed. Also, one of the connector pins in the fan housing was loose and fell off. I returned this item and bought another fan from URO Parts that worked fine.
