This is the second time I've been told my review wasn't because I bought my backpack from a seller other than Revain received permission to post. I'm sorry but if something is substandard, misadvertised or broken then you should get angry and allow yourself to say what you want about it. There were no swear words, profanity or anything that would offend a group of people. The fact that the review was not positive and the person states that they bought their item from another seller instead does not make the review offensive. This makes the evaluation honest and open. The dimensions of this bag are not as stated. It's unfair that someone can only post positive reviews and that if they try to post a negative review they are told that their review is offensive. and that they will behave inappropriately and will be punished if they do not check Revain. This is unfair and wrong. I found the backpack I bought from another seller, not Revain, to be better.
