The original remote control for my TV mysteriously disappeared so I was happy to find an exact replacement for it. This remote control arrived on time and after putting the batteries in it worked straight away with my TV. I saw some reviews that said the battery cover didn't hold up or broke right away. I had the first console for about two years and have moved three times in that time. The remote control has never had a problem and the battery cover has never broken. Not sure if some remotes are just plain bad? I've had this replacement part since September and haven't had any problems with it so far. I will update my review if anything changes!
