I have several cameras from other brands and have been disappointed with them , so I decided to give this one a try and I'm glad I did. First I fixed the bugs after 3 weeks of testing because it's a new camera with a new app that I've never used so all I experienced was user error except for the 128GB card. The 128GB card worked fine for about four days, then the video stopped showing and the videos that were there wouldn't play, so I switched to the 32GB card and since then there have been no problems, and I I'm pretty sure the 64GB card would work too, but I wouldn't use a 128GB card in this camera... Email support was fantastic, they responded within 24 hours every day for everything what I needed... The picture is fantastic, the night vision is great and I only use the basic settings. easy sailing and it works great, i like the fact that i have sound and also picks up the presence of a human on the alarm but not the presence of an animal except for a large deer, if the deer is big enough i will pick it up must be a very big deer, otherwise it just picks people up. If you need to take the card out the included tweezers won't help, you need something to grab the grooved card for needle nose pliers to work... The mount attaches to the surface and the camera attaches to the mount which is a A great way to do this if you need to remove the camera you only have to unscrew one screw so it's a lot easier... The alarm and all the camera functions work like a champ. So if you're looking for a really good outdoor camera that accepts an SD card then look no further, you'll be happy with this, the app is fine and fairly user-friendly once you get to know it. I'm glad I chose this camera, it's a head or tail superior to my Dericam cameras and I'll be replacing them all soon. with this mark thank you
