This outfit is sooo cute. My 4 year old was about 45 inches tall and weighed 45 pounds when he wore this dor to prom. I bought size 5. It fits great. He is autistic and this outfit was comfortable for him. There was a small loop on the tie that continues with the button on the shirt so it's not really a clip and doesn't go around the neck which my kid hates. Shorts with an elastic waistband. It made changing diapers easier. The suspenders are adjustable. The only downside is that the material of the shorts creases easily. I would recommend this item and buy it again.
