Review on πŸŽ’ S ZONE Authentic Leather Backpack with Enhanced Women's Handbags and Wallets by Rachel Johnson

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Ideal for women over 50. Excellent customer service.

I bought burgundy, chic. Not too bright, but not sober. I usually choose black bags for work, but this time I wanted to try something new. Thanks to the mature design, it can be worn not only with casual jeans, but also with a professional grey-black suit. Somehow the bag may seem small, but it packs a punch. My iPad Pro (full size) with keyboard case, Big Happy Planner (letter size), books, small thermos flask, foldable umbrella, cosmetics/stationery/chargers in the case, plus a large wallet and cell phone, everything fits in there. I have been using this bag every day for over 6 months. Sometimes I had to carry heavy medical books, but that's no problem! This is a very sturdy backpack. *After-sales service experience *Due to heavy use, after 6 months, parts of the zipper were broken (slider came loose). I contacted support and they responded very quickly. I got a partial refund and it was more than I expected! The bag comes with a 1 year guarantee. That is amazing! I read some bad reviews (due to mistakes) just before I started writing this review, but mistakes do happen from time to time, even with reputable companies. I think the 1 year warranty is enough to find fault if you need to replace it or get a refund. Feel free to buy any bag from S-Zone.*Compared to a similar backpack from Coolcy*I originally ordered a Coolcy backpack but returned it because my iPad Pro didn't fit. It's gotten very small for me. The S-Zone backpack and the Coolcy One backpack are very similar but slightly different in size. A 2 inch difference in height is a big difference in in-bag capacity. If you need to carry a 12-inch iPad Pro or letter-sized documents/files, you need an S-Zone backpack easily. However, the width of the strap is about 1 inch (or a little less) and at first I felt a little pain in my shoulders. I had to use strap pads for the first few months. I was hoping for thicker straps for these bags but changed my mind because they might look bulky so narrow straps are acceptable to me to make the bag look stylish (now I don't need pillows I guess I do). am used to it).

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Band
