Many of my old forks have disappeared over the years and the Oneida model has been discontinued since I bought it about 18 years ago. Refusing to pay an inflated price to find a discontinued model, I began looking for a set of forks that were as strong as the ones I had. I was nervous about buying cutlery that I couldn't handle before making the investment. I looked for a shape similar to my old pattern and they matched. Then I started reading reviews and this one came highly recommended and sold at a VERY reasonable price. I decided to try them. I'm so glad I did! They are just as sturdy as my old ones and similar in weight and shape! If I need to replace any of the other parts in my kit I will buy from this company!
