Not up to M 37 in quality, made cheaper, has 4 settings, first 2 are the same. little difference, with a bumpy feel. Setting number 3 would be the only good setting, with a push-pull feeling of exhaustion with just enough power to do any good. Shot number 4 is a modding feel and it would be nice if it had more buzz. . It's funny, all they had to do was take an M 37 ab stimulator that will knock your socks off and flip it over so it closes in the front and put the controls to the side and they had a great product. I will be leaving this belt as it is the only one I can find for the back muscles at the moment. Use settings #3 and 4. The control buttons are not sensitive enough, you have to press hard for them to work. not worth the price. but that's all I can find for now.
