Update 4/3/20 - Water pressure in hand showers is terrible most of the time. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement, it didn't get any better. I currently use a good metal hose, big head and diverter valve with my old PDA because it has a lot more pressure. it will not leak (there are several options for gaskets, tape and retaining ring). Now that everything is together, everything seems to be going really well. The hose is very flexible which is very nice. I had to remove the flow controls (upstairs in the old house). It was easy with a stationary head, but much more difficult with a manual head. Comes in a plain cardboard box with all the instructions and even a roll of tape.
