Review on Philips 426007 29W Dimmable 4 Pack - Energy-Efficient and Versatile Lighting Solution by Libby Walker

I have bought these bulbs twice already. When I first received them they came under the Philips brand in a Philips box and worked perfectly. The second time I bought them they arrived in a Philips box, but instead of saying "Philips" on the individual bulbs, they were printed with EcoSmart, which I later found out was a Home Depot trademark. I found this suspicious but kept them because I thought lightbulbs were lightbulbs and I need light. This morning I wanted to turn on my lamp and heard a ringing. The entire glass bulb broke off leaving the base still screwed into my lamp. Luckily I was able to unscrew it by twisting the inside of the bulb with a filament. It's too late to return them now but as a warning if you have the Eco Smart brand instead of Philips you might want to return them as the quality doesn't seem that great. (I hope someone accidentally put the wrong bulbs back in the Philips box and that was an accident.)
