Electric drive is not universal for recommended years of manufacture
2005 Pioneer Product works mechanically. 5 stars was that the electric drive part was not suitable for this year's pioneer. It cycled the drive on and off but the BCM didn't recognize it. (Dashboard bumped 4x4 malfunction indicator). The difference was also that the electric drive had a part that protrudes, compared to the factory part, which is completely embedded in the 2HI. Luckily mine was still fine so I put the factory motor on a new aluminum disconnect and now it works perfectly.
