I have an old hand dug well and I am pumping it up a fairly steep hill. At least 100 feet difference from low to high. It is directly connected to a 250W solar panel. Fill my containers with water for our greenhouse so I can hand water the gardens. I find this very helpful and has saved me many hours carrying water to the gardens manually.
