I'm a paramedic and I wear this black to work. So it will definitely work. I've been wearing it for about a month, wearing it every day and working 3-5 times a week (12 hour shifts). It cleans light hand clamps well. I've had bad bands in the past that just jumped out of my hands when you came up with something. The coating on the belt wears out. The rose gold wears off the clip too. I have nothing against these clothes because I know they wear out and are constantly exposed to sanitizer, soap, sanitizer, alcohol, bleach, beatings, etc. which sure speeds up the process. The fit is similar to the original strap.
