Box was intact but had dented, bent, damaged parts and finishes. It seems solid but only has 4 screws to hold the end. It has suction cups to attach it to the table/work surface but they feel flimsy. Damage to the side pocket looks ugly. The side pocket is not suitable for storing pens. The damage to the box rail is quite large. The paper drawer is large enough to expose my keyboard. The area is sufficient for my laptop with a 13 inch screen. A larger laptop can get cramped. If it hadn't been damaged I would have given it a much higher rating. It actually fits my workplace well and is what I wanted. I'm just not happy with the damage.
