Review on 🖤 Black Stay Perfect Mascara by Boots No7 by Katie Ray

Edit: It's not clumpy at all, I was just trying to layer and this mascara is only for one layer. Love it! *actually* it's a pipe, unlike some other mascaras that claim to be. I have oily, fully closed eyelids, so any mascara will transfer and smudge around my eyes, no matter if it's waterproof. This is the best remedy for oily eyelids! This particular mascara really does the job. I want my lashes to look a little smoother if that makes sense. It doesn't cause my lashes to clump abruptly, but a little, and individual lashes look a bit ragged up close. But it really stays black and lengthens my lashes a bit, can't ask for more considering my oily eyelids! dries so fast! So this mascara is cheaper compared to the passage of time.
