***Update 1/16/2019: Revain was great and refunded my money for it. I decided to use the refund to buy the same cable and try again. I've had the new cable for a few months now and I'm happy to report that it works with no problems. It's entirely possible that the last cable was just a lemon. So far so good and I've upgraded this rating to three stars. Happy with this cable! ** Update 11/12/2018: The cable failed after only 2 months of light use. Doesn't charge devices anymore and the mini USB seems to be bad. I have this telephone charging cable and unfortunately I already have problems with the plug. My phone keeps going into charging mode. It doesn't happen when touched or moved, it just sits there. I always connect/disconnect cables carefully, so I didn't do anything gross with this cable. That's what happened to the cables I've had for several years, not a month. Disappointing because the quality and feel of the cable was impressive. Had high hopes.
