I bought two of these cameras, one for my daughter and one for myself as a carry camera. several months of light use. The lens does not protrude from the camera body - probably due to defective internal mechanisms. These cameras have not been treated roughly. They are simply poorly designed and manufactured. they broke hard. 16MP is a joke. Jpgs have extremely poor image quality and appear to be made up of "blurry pixels". Bad pictures in low light. online invoice. cheap cheap. There is nothing that can be done.
