I like that you can search for jobs by state or city as well since we are not nationwide! Also it's easy to apply from your home computer which saves time especially when applying multiple positions at once.

It would be nice if there was an option of sending applications directly through email instead of having them sent via snail mail but this isn't much different than other job boards out there so no big deal overall. The best part about JIL is being able to filter down what type of position they have available (temp-to hire) vs just "openings".
