Great for people with back injuries!

I weigh 170 lbs and have back problems through my service with the Marine Corps (herniated discs, nerve issues) with this balance board i am able to do multiple workouts that help me strengthen all muscle groups and more importantly my core to relieve pressure off my back. This board is sturdy! I have done squats on this board, push ups, presses, etc. this board provides great challenging movements for me, which is great when I am unable to do vigorous workouts and unable to push as much weight as I use to. This is helping me stay fit, through my injury.
