Comfortable chair but with some flaws

I wanted a fabric chair for my office as I'm not a big fan of leather and it was a nice colour. I took a chance ordering it as I didn't get a chance to sit in it and test it before buying - I looked for it in stores but nobody wore it. When it arrived I found that it wasn't packaged well. Things rolled easily in the box and I found that one of the wheels was broken and unusable. In addition, the seat angle adjustment knob was also cracked and broken. I was able to assemble it with one of the casters from my old chair until they send a replacement. The chairman came with a note listing True Innovations support number and hours, and I called on Friday. at 3pm when the newspaper said they were open and I got the message they were closed. So I called next week and asked about it and they told me their opening hours on Friday are different than on paper. It was annoying. He agreed to send me a full set of replacement casters and to fix the broken seat recline knob I would have to send the entire seat base back which I didn't want to do. I said I'll live with that, for the most part. since i adjusted the incline to my liking, i don't actually need it anymore, and most of the time it can't be seen under the chair anymore. The replacement rolls arrived as promised and in a reasonable time. When assembling the chair I also noticed that there are small silver "swooches" that go into the armrest just for beauty, but they don't fit and stay in. I had to tape them shut to keep them inside which looks very tasteless. It would probably be better to just leave them aside. That's all. This is a very comfortable armchair. I love its size, the way it reclines and I can comfortably sit in it all day while working from home. I would LOVE it if it weren't for those annoying things that come with it.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
