This was my first experience with a motorized gimbal, so I don't compare it to other offers. The package includes a Pelican hard case and everything else listed in the content part. My unit came with a gray Sony cable, not a black one (it doesn't match well). After using it with my Sony a6500 in combination with the wide-angle Sigma 16mm f/4 lens, I was very impressed with the smoothness of the footage. The tripod stand is a nice and welcome addition, it helps a lot with balancing the camera. I didn't even come close to the maximum payload of 5.51 pounds, which means I shouldn't have a problem fitting heavier lenses to my camera. I'll be testing it with the a7iii and a Zeiss 16/35 f/4 lens soon (more on that). The only issue that bothers me a bit is the slight tremor of the brushless motor as it gets really low for shooting and then slowly rises to waist height. Also, the zoom button on the gimbal makes a clicking sound that can be picked up by the camera's built-in microphone. I don't know if I have a bad block or if this is normal for all copies. I hope Zhiyun can contact me and solve this little problem. Overall this is a good choice for a motorized stabilizer at a reasonable price. I recommend it without hesitation. I can't talk about longevity and long-term status just yet, but I'll let you know later.
