Review on 🐘 Skip Hop Bandana Buddies: Elephant Baby Toy with Teething, Rattle & Multiple Textures by Nate Jenkins

This elephant is adorable and fun for my almost 4 month old grandson. He likes ears with mirrors and wrinkles. This is one of the best krinkles I've ever heard - easy to play and pretty loud. The patterned paws have gentle whorls, not very pronounced. There is a squeaker in the other ear, and it is very problematic to use. It was hit or miss that it worked for both me and his mother. The creaking is a very faint sound when it works - I don't know if we have a defective product or all elephants are like that. Other Skip Hop products like Peacock have wonderful juicers. The elephant is large but not the best choice for hanging on a playmat as the sheet that comes through hangs too low and hits baby in the face. The tusk is great for grabbing, as are all of the legs and ears. If the tweeter worked better I would give it 5 stars. Today's replacement has a better tweeter, but the bell rattling inside barely works. This product requires stricter quality control. I am tempted to try another exchange before asking for a refund. My husband says I should decline and get a refund.
