Bad product, terrible seller
Received this as a gift. Came with a slight wear on the fabric, tried to return/replace. The seller said ok but asked to pay the return postage. That's ridiculous. The return shipping cost is more than the cost of the item itself. The seller said you just need to buy a new one. The product is of very poor quality. The seller does NOT endorse their product. It's also made in China, so keep it away from your kid!
- Very cute and well done. This is supposed to be a hit for Christmas. I shop early. The item was shipped promptly.
- The hat may not be warm enough to withstand harsh winter weather conditions.
