Sturdy cardboard, suitable for paper manufacture, except for hot stamping
This is a good thick black paper that cuts, stamps and punches very well. The only area where it underperformed was hot stamping. Black paper is generally more prone to static build-up, but you can usually overcome this by first drying the paper with a heater and using an anti-static powder bag before stamping and embossing. In this case I couldn't get a clean embossing without the powder sticking to the paper. Used a fine brush to remove the powder from the cardboard before applying the stamped image but couldn't get a clean board. Hence four stars from me.
