Review on Resume Parser by Affinda by Nick Brunner

We have been using this software since 2016 for parsing resumes that we receive through an API call via Zapier integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (for lead nurturing).

The interface of it was easy enought at first glance but not so intuitive once I started going deeper down its rabbit hole - as all good tools do sometimes :) Our use case being mainly around B2B sales leads where most people are looking to find new opportunities within their current companies/industry area rather then job hopping across different industries etc., hence why having someone's full CV parsed would help us get insights about what they're interested / passionate about.
