The best thing about this software is that it's very easy to use, you don't need any training or experience in order for your employees be able of using them effectively! I can not think anything bad at all because their support team are always ready with answers whenever there needs an immediate answer from our side (even if we're located thousands miles away!). Their customer service department should have more agents than what they currently do so as users could get assistance even when needing help remotely without having worry regarding how long will take before receiving attention after opening tickets / emails etc.. It would really benefit us since now i am confident enough knowing my staffs' activities via reporting purposes only!
