Placing the candle on a window without support on the underside of the candle (e.g. a windowsill) reduces the weight of the three-battery candle and tilts the top of the candle away from the window. This is because the flexible suction cup mounts have no support to prevent this pivoting. Installing the holder closer to the top of the candle (behind center) reduces the tilt, but doesn't eliminate it. I have just ordered the replacement holders from Revain which provide the support I need. The first photo shows the candle installed with the included suction cup holder. The second photo shows the same candle with a stand on built-in support legs.
