All snap ferrites (with one exception)( have a minimum of technical detail. They must have at least (1) maximum current to saturation (where the EMI filtering goes away) and (2) either effective frequency domain or material (which you can look at in frequency domain) Yes, they're cheap compared to other sources, but that's crap if they want to do some good to conducted ones To filter EMI. As you can imagine, for my application (filtering 180-200MHz in the cable coming from the solar panels to the inverter) they are not socket C.
