Difficulty in use The cord does not rotate, this is necessary to be able to turn the comb back onto the hair to straighten the hair, the stand got in the way and, like all said you accidentally pressed the buttons too close with your teeth. The comb and clip were not in the box. My old comb was heavier, the cord was spun and the control unit was on a very long cord, the stand was separate. This allowed me to twist the thrust comb back onto my hair, but it burned out after a few years of use. This comb needs a new design, I'll keep looking until I find the right one.
