Missing parts and not usable!
Missing parts! Couldn't get it to spin. I used 3 of the 4 screws to attach the license plate to the frame. I was missing a piece so I couldn't get the 4th screw. The worst thing that made it useless was that the frame is attached to a bar that fits into your tow hook. Again there aren't enough parts and it gets lost and just spins. Didn't arrive in the box and sending it back was no problem. money thrown away. Buyer Warning.
