Nice shoes but weird closure

I like these shoes for my daughter (age7), but the closure looked like it was buckle but it came with one side a hook.The fabric was super shiny/sparkly unlike the images shown.

Pros

EASY ON AND OFF: Girl's glitter open toe T-strap high-heeled sandals with adjustable straps design, allowing toddlers and and little kids to put on and take off these kids high heels

Cons

The rhinestones on these sandals can easily fall off and get lost, leaving the shoes looking incomplete and cheap
