I use there sunglasses for everyday wear. Sadly that changed in a moment. I am a blind person (not literally) but I wear glasses like a nerd🤓. Ordered there sunglasses and switched the lens to transition lens. Yes that sound cheap. Where I from glasses lens & frames are EXPENSIVE. So I used Kaliydi sunglasses for regular glasses. Their styles are dope. Well I said all that because one day they broke n I missed n order the wrong size. No judgment please! I was hot too! There so my style! I made contact with the Kaliydi Customer Service Center through Walmart to help in correcting my problem. There were so quick with response and rendered assistance quickly. Only to learn a major lesson. Attached you’ll see a picture with 3 frames (1.the broken frame, 2. the missed order size difference, and 3. The replacement they sent). Now here what happens when your cheap. The transitions lens I originally got made to fit the KALIYDI sunglasses is not fitting the missed ordered ones or the replacement. So I’m back to square one with having the sun in my eye without style. In one of the attachment you’ll see that the lens hold it but not fit. I’ll still rock them until I find my real replacement! Hopefully the lens don’t fall in my food (lolz)! Said all that because KALIYDI Customer Service Center brand & hospitality was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. If I wasn’t so blind (not literally) I would wear their sunglasses for everyday use. Thank you!
